Thank you for participating in the Dane County Jobs and Prosperity Project. After six summits across the county, and a number of contacts to my office, your input has helped shape the way Dane County will approach economic and workforce development for years to come.

My 2012 budget included proposals with your input in mind, and in the months ahead we will work to implement those ideas, including the creation of a Dane County Office of Jobs and Prosperity.

I have always said we enjoy a fantastic quality of life in Dane County. As a life-long resident, a husband, a father, and now County Executive, I know there’s no greater place to live, work, and play.
